Due to the intimate nature of our Fantasy Boxes, the items within, and the products we sell in our store, we are unable to accept a return, even if unused. This policy is in effect for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and our employees. You can have complete confidence that everything you receive will be brand new. If you feel you have received something in error, send us a photo of the item, and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
If you wish to return an item before you open it, you can write "Return to Sender" on the unopened mailing label and give it back to USPS. When we get it back, we will refund what you paid less shipping costs.
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to let us know of the issue. Please include as much information as possible. We are committed to respond within 24 hours.
