- Shipping & Delivery: Your first subscription box, store purchase or gift will ship within 1-5 business days, unless you hear from us that your size is out of stock. You will receive an email on the day your order goes out with a tracking number, and it will also show in your "My Account" tab. For recurring customers (boxes 2+) who are successfully billed on the 1st of the month, boxes ship on a rolling basis during the first two weeks of the month. Of course, if you have a specific deadline, just email us at and we'll do our best to make it happen!  We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or First Class Mail International (6-10 business days).
