Today, though I can barely connect brain to mouth through my exhaustion, my overwhelming desire is to just throw my head back and arms wide and shout out a big ol’ “woo hoo!” to the sky. What is it that has me so excited? A new box? A new toy? Oh no…it’s so much more….technical. 😉
Our subscribers now have the ability to create a completely custom subscription progression. This means that instead of having to make a separate purchase for a special box for an anniversary, birthday or vacation, they can choose to have that box sent in their regular subscription. Of course, that’s not a requirement- things will just keep rolling along in the sequence we so carefully set up- but it’s a choice. And choice is SEXY.
When we launched The Fantasy Box in 2012, we offered two products- a Classic and a Platinum subscription. Today, our offering has swelled to over 10,000 box variations and counting. That growth was not arbitrary- when we hear something frequently enough from our couples, we find a way to make it happen. Ironically, though we offered experiences to cater to each relationship’s needs, we were only able to give subscribers the ability to tell us what not to send…but not to actively choose what they receive. That all changes today.
While most companies charge more when they release the ability to customize, we’re keeping our subscription prices the same. In fact, we’re giving discounts on boxes that subscribers would normally have had to buy through our store. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do. Our subscribers are the most loyal members of our tribe and that matters to us.

I was browsing through various ‘adult subscription box’ companies and the fact I could choose my next month’s theme is what made me sign up specifically to TFB!! I didn’t realize it was a newly implemented feature…and it’s a brilliant one!
